How to go from Run Down to Running Strong

Have you ever felt worn out? Just totally and completely tired?

Yes? Well, me too!

I have the perfect pick-me-up scripture to show you…Zephaniah 3:17.

5 sentences and 5 power-packed truths that will take us from run down to running strong! Hooray! Here we go.

Zephaniah 3:17

“The Lord your God in your midst,
The Mighty One, will save;
He will rejoice over you with gladness,
He will quiet you with His love,
He will rejoice over you with singing.”

Here are 5 truths we can depend on from these 5 lines of Scripture.

1. The Lord your God in your midst
God is with us everywhere we go! If Jesus Christ is your personal Lord and Savior that means He lives inside your heart. I love knowing that God is always present in our lives. He is in our midst!
If you ever feel like He’s not there, call out to Him. He will show you that you are never alone.

2. The Mighty One, will save
Strong, powerful and Mighty is our God! He saves us from the traps the enemy sets up for us. He will carry us through every hardship.

3. He will rejoice over you with gladness
God loves us just the way we are. We don’t have to be perfect for him to start being glad He made us! He loves us now.

4. He will quiet you with His love
In our moments of overwhelming anxiety this verse reminds us that He can calm us with his never-ending love. If your mind is loud with the noises of the world, let God’s love bring you peace.

5. He will rejoice over you with singing
What an incredible truth from Scripture that God literally loves us so much that He sings songs about us! He’s so happy He created us that he rejoices over his creation by singing to it.

So there we have it. When we’re totally run down we can remember that God is always present in our lives. He has the power to fill us with joy, strength and peace when we simply remember His promises! I hope these 5 truths bless your day 🙂

// Thank you God for the bible and the powerful truth it holds! When I read your Word, I feel your love.
